ITC Hotels Limited has announced a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, reporting a 15% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹936 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The hospitality company also recorded a 19% growth in EBITDA to ₹292 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 36% to ₹182 crore, reflecting sustained momentum across its operations.
During the quarter, ITC Hotels achieved a significant milestone by expanding its managed portfolio to more than 200 hotels, representing nearly 16,000 keys. The company further strengthened its growth pipeline with the signing of eight new hotels across key business, leisure, and pilgrimage destinations, reinforcing its long-term expansion strategy.
Among the major developments, ITC Hotels completed the acquisition of the Kumarakom Resort & Spa, which is scheduled to reopen under the ITC Hotels brand in the third quarter of FY27. Internationally, ITC Ratnadipa, Sri Lanka, continued its positive trajectory by delivering a positive EBITDA while maintaining its leadership in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
The company also advanced its sustainability agenda during the quarter by commissioning a 1.5 MWp solar power plant at ITC Grand Bharat, increasing its total renewable energy generation capacity to 52.4 MW. In recognition of its environmental initiatives, ITC Royal Bengal received the LEED® Zero Water Certification, while Welcomhotel Vadodara was awarded the LEED Platinum® Certification.
The Q1 FY27 performance underscores ITC Hotels’ continued emphasis on its Asset-Right expansion strategy, operational excellence, responsible luxury, and sustainable growth, while further strengthening its footprint across India’s business and leisure hospitality markets.
