In addition to network expansion, the airlines have also introduced reciprocal frequent flyer benefits to elevate the passenger experience. Members of Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer and Garuda Indonesia’s GarudaMiles loyalty programs will now enjoy reciprocal lounge access at airports when traveling between Singapore and key cities in Indonesia. This benefit includes premium lounges in Singapore Changi Airport and leading airports in Indonesia, offering added comfort and convenience.
Frequent flyers will also gain from mileage accrual and redemption across both carriers, giving more flexibility in earning and spending points while expanding the value of their memberships. These enhancements underscore the airlines’ commitment to delivering a more seamless and rewarding travel experience for both business and leisure travelers.
