Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced a significant expansion of its hospitality footprint in Rajasthan through the signing of a new Regenta Hotel in Jodhpur, reinforcing the company’s strategy of growing its presence in culturally rich leisure destinations across India.
The upcoming property, Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur, is a 200-suite all-suite hotel being developed under a hotel management agreement and is scheduled to open by December 2029. Strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, the hotel benefits from easy access to the city’s historical landmarks and key commercial districts, positioning it as a desirable destination for both leisure travellers and event organisers.
Spread across approximately 3,623 square metres, the property is designed to offer expansive amenities and immersive guest experiences. It will include multiple dining venues, such as an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool bar, alongside comprehensive wellness facilities. These features aim to cater to travellers seeking comfort, leisure, and memorable stays in the heart of the Blue City.
In addition to leisure guest accommodation, the hotel will also feature significant conference and banquet facilities, making it an attractive venue for destination weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and premium social gatherings. The property’s design reflects a blend of contemporary comfort and cultural heritage, appealing to a broad segment of guests, from families and vacationers to business travellers and event attendees.
The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home & Shreeyukt, combining local expertise with ROHL’s established operational capabilities. Together, the partners aim to deliver a world-class hospitality experience that reflects both the region’s charm and the brand’s commitment to quality service.
