Riyadh Air has announced the launch of its first route to India with daily non-stop flights between Mumbai and Riyadh, scheduled to commence on August 4, 2026. Ticket bookings for the new service are now open, marking a significant step in the airline’s expansion across international markets.
The route will be operated using the airline’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, offering passengers a modern onboard experience and improved connectivity. Travellers flying from Mumbai will also be able to connect seamlessly through Riyadh to several destinations across Europe and the Middle East.
With India continuing to emerge as one of the world’s fastest-growing aviation markets, the new service is expected to benefit business travellers, leisure tourists, and the large Indian community living in Saudi Arabia. The launch also supports stronger tourism, trade, and business ties between the two countries.
Riyadh Air stated that Mumbai is the latest addition to its expanding international network, with more global destinations expected to be announced in the coming months.
